Agency Features
Automrktr's Agency plan is designed for marketing agencies that manage social media, email, and ads for multiple clients. Everything is managed under a single agency account, with full separation of client data and optional white-labeling.

Client Management (Companies)
In an agency account, each client is represented as a Company. You can create and manage as many companies as your plan allows.
Creating a Client
1. Go to Clients in the sidebar (labeled "Clients" in agency accounts).
2. Click New Client.
3. Fill in:
- Client Name (e.g., "Acme Corp")
- Industry
- Website URL
- Brand Voice and Brand Description — used for AI content generation
- Target Audience
- Brand Colors — for consistent visual content
- Logo — upload the client's logo
- Target Platforms
- AI Credits Allocated — how many credits this client can use per month
4. Click Create Client.
Switching Between Clients
The Company Switcher appears at the top of the sidebar. Click it to switch to a different client's context. Once switched:
- The entire dashboard shows only that client's data
- Posts, campaigns, analytics, and settings all belong to that client
- Billing remains under your agency account
Editing Client Details
1. Go to Clients.
2. Click the client name or the edit (pencil) icon.
3. Update any details and click Save.
Team Members & Permissions
Adding Team Members
1. Go to Agency → Team.
2. Click Invite Member.
3. Enter their email address and select their role.
4. Click Send Invite — they'll receive an email to set up their access.
Roles
| Role | Capabilities |
|---|---|
| Owner | Full access to everything, including billing |
| Admin | Full access except billing and agency settings |
| Member | Create and manage content; cannot change settings |
| Viewer | Read-only access to analytics and posts |
Per-Client Access Restrictions
You can restrict a team member to only see specific clients:
1. Go to Agency → Team.
2. Click a team member's name.
3. Under Client Access, toggle off Access to all clients.
4. Select only the clients this person should see.
5. Save.
Restricted members cannot see other clients' data, campaigns, or analytics. This is ideal for:
- Freelancers working on one client only
- Contractors with a limited engagement scope
- Client contacts who need visibility into their own account
Inviting a Client to View Their Dashboard
You can invite a client to log into Automrktr and see their own analytics and scheduled posts (read-only):
1. Add the client as a team member with the Viewer role.
2. Restrict their access to their own Company only.
3. Send the invite.
The client logs in and sees only their brand's data — no other clients are visible.
White-Label Branding
White-labeling lets you present the Automrktr dashboard under your own agency's brand. Your clients won't see "Automrktr" anywhere — they'll see your agency's name and logo.
Configuring White-Label Settings
1. Go to Agency → White Label.
2. Upload your Agency Logo (shown in the top-left corner).
3. Set your Agency Name (used in page titles and emails).
4. Set your Primary Color (used for buttons, links, and highlights).
5. Set your Accent Color.
6. Enter your Custom Domain (if you have a custom domain set up).
7. Click Save.
Custom Domain
To serve the dashboard at your own domain (e.g., app.youragency.com):
1. Add a CNAME DNS record pointing to app.automrktr.io.
2. Enter the domain in the Custom Domain field in White-Label settings.
3. Automrktr will provision an SSL certificate automatically.
4. DNS propagation may take up to 24 hours.
Client Reports
Generate professional, branded PDF reports for clients showing their social media, email, and ad performance.
Generating a Report
1. Go to Agency → Reports.
2. Click Generate Report.
3. Select:
- Client — which Company to report on
- Date Range — the reporting period
- Sections to Include — Social Media, Email, Google Ads, Conversion Tracking, SEO
4. Click Generate.
5. The report is created (takes 10–30 seconds) and can be downloaded as PDF.
The report includes your agency's logo and branding (from White-Label settings) — not Automrktr's.
Bulk Report Generation
Generate reports for all clients at once:
1. Go to Agency → Reports.
2. Click Generate All Reports.
3. Select the date range.
4. Automrktr creates one report per client. Download individually or as a ZIP file.
Scheduling Reports
Set reports to generate automatically on a schedule (e.g., first Monday of every month):
1. Go to Agency → Reports → Schedule.
2. Set the frequency and which clients to include.
3. Optionally enter client email addresses to receive the report automatically.
Reseller Pricing
Agency accounts can set custom pricing per client, separate from Automrktr's standard plan pricing.
1. Go to Agency → Pricing.
2. Select a client.
3. Set a monthly fee you charge that client.
4. This is stored for your reference and included in generated reports.
Automrktr does not handle client billing — your agency invoices clients directly using whatever billing system you prefer.
AI Credits for Agency Accounts
The agency plan includes a shared pool of AI credits that can be allocated per client.
Setting per-client limits:
1. Open a client from Clients.
2. Set the AI Credits Allocated field.
3. That client's work can only consume up to that limit per billing cycle.
4. Unallocated credits remain in the agency pool and can be used for unallocated clients.
Monitoring usage:
- Go to Agency → Overview to see credit consumption per client.
- Top-up credits at any time from Settings → Billing.
Agency Overview Dashboard
Go to Agency → Overview for an aggregate view across all clients:
- Total posts published this month
- Total email campaigns sent
- Total ad spend
- AI credits used vs. allocated
- Client health summary (which clients have active campaigns vs. stalled)
- Clients with posts due this week
