Automrktr uses a subscription model with monthly or annual billing, plus optional AI credit top-ups. All billing is handled securely through Stripe.

AI Credit Top-Ups

If you use your monthly credits before the billing cycle renews, you can purchase additional credits:

Purchased credits do not expire at the end of the billing cycle — they roll over until used.

Go to Settings → Billing → Buy Credits to purchase a pack.

Viewing Your Billing

Go to Settings → Billing to see:

  • Your current plan and next renewal date
  • Current AI credit balance (included + purchased)
  • Invoice history (downloadable as PDF)
  • Payment method on file

Changing Plans

Upgrading

1. Go to Settings → Billing.

2. Click Upgrade Plan.

3. Select your new plan.

4. Confirm — your card is charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the current billing cycle, and you gain access to new features immediately.

Downgrading

1. Go to Settings → Billing.

2. Click Change Plan.

3. Select a lower plan.

4. Confirm — the downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You retain your current plan's features until then.

Note: Downgrading may reduce limits (e.g., platforms, posts, subscribers). If your current usage exceeds the lower plan's limits, you'll need to reduce usage before the downgrade takes effect. Automrktr will alert you to any conflicts.

Cancelling

1. Go to Settings → Billing.

2. Click Cancel Subscription.

3. You'll be asked for a reason — this is optional but helps us improve.

4. Confirm cancellation.

What happens after cancellation:

  • Your account remains active until the end of the current billing period.
  • After expiry, your account enters a grace period (7 days) where you can log in but not create new content.
  • After the grace period, your account is deactivated. Your data is retained for 90 days before permanent deletion.
  • You can reactivate anytime during this 90-day window.

Billing Management Portal

For more complex billing tasks, click Manage Billing to open the Stripe Customer Portal, where you can:

  • Update your payment method
  • Download past invoices
  • View upcoming charges

  • Invoiced billing (no credit card required)
