Getting Started

Automrktr is an AI-powered social media marketing platform that automates content creation, scheduling, ad management, and conversion tracking for businesses of all sizes.

Creating Your Account

Sign Up

1. Navigate to the Automrktr website and click Get Started.

2. Enter your email address and choose a password.

3. Check your inbox for a confirmation email and click the link to verify your address.

4. You'll be taken directly into the onboarding wizard.

Logging In

• Go to the login page and enter your email and password.
• If you've forgotten your password, click Forgot password on the login page to receive a reset link.

Onboarding Wizard

The onboarding wizard walks you through four steps to set up your account:

Step 1 — Business Information

• Enter your business name, industry, and website URL.
• This information helps Automrktr tailor AI content to your brand.

Step 2 — Brand Setup

• Define your brand voice (e.g., professional, casual, playful).
• Write a short brand description that explains what you do and who you serve.
• Set your target audience so AI-generated content speaks directly to them.
• Upload your logo and define your brand colors for use in image generation.

Step 3 — Connect Social Accounts

• Connect the social media platforms you want to post to.
• Supported platforms: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube.
• Each platform requires you to authorize Automrktr through its standard OAuth flow.
• You can skip platforms and connect them later in Settings → Platforms.

Step 4 — Create Your First Campaign

• Give your campaign a name (e.g., "Summer Promotion" or "Weekly Tips").
• Select the platforms this campaign will post to.
• Set a posting frequency and optional date range.
• Click Finish — your dashboard is now ready.

After onboarding, you land on your Dashboard, which shows:

The left sidebar contains all main sections:

• Dashboard — Overview and quick stats
• Calendar — Visual content calendar
• Posts — All posts across all campaigns
• Campaigns — Campaign management
• Email — Email marketing (if enabled on your plan)
• Ads — Google Ads management
• Analytics — Performance reporting
• SEO — SEO tools
• Inbox — Unified comment and DM inbox
• Library — Saved media and templates
• Settings — Account and platform settings

Account Types

Standard Account

A standard account is for a single business managing its own social presence. You have one brand, one set of social accounts, and one analytics view.

Agency Account

An agency account lets you manage multiple client brands (called Companies) from one login. Each client gets their own social accounts, campaigns, and analytics, while all billing stays under your agency's subscription.
